The SMU Enterprise Leadership for Transformation (ELT) programme is a one-year executive programme that aims to help leaders of promising small and medium enterprises to strengthen their leadership skills and build critical business fundamentals and networks. SMEs can look forward to developing their business growth capabilities that will take their enterprises to the next level. The objectives of the programme is achieved through a unique combination of in-class modules taught by highly experienced industry practitioners, coaching for the Business Growth Plans (BGP) by senior industry leaders, networking and lifelong learning opportunities.
