The Singapore International Dispute Resolution Academy held a webinar on 12 Sept 2020 in conjunction with the entry into force of the Singapore Convention discussing investor-state mediation and related topics. We had a really enjoyable session with Zannis Mavrogordato, Lucy Reed, Frauke Nitschke, Nadja Alexander and Darius Chan, with Anna Joubin-Bret from UNCITRAL giving an introductory address.
