The https://www.nstda.or.th/th/component/tags/tag/oer is an example of Thai OER systems implemented by the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) and other academic institutions licensed under Creative Commons. Thai Cyber University and many Thai universities including Mahidol University have co-operatively implemented https://ThaiMooc.org providing several thousands of MOOC lessons. Mahidol University has implemented https://mux.mahidol.ac.th/ using EdX as a platform. The Physiology e-Learning System (http://www.ps2.si.mahidol.ac.th/pels/) has been developed at the Department of Physiology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, using MOOC and web-board as platforms for medical students to enhance personalized learning of physiology. The experience for each platform and other Thai universities will be discussed.
