Enterprise Singapore’s Enterprise Leadership for Transformation (ELT) is a one-year programme that aims to help leaders of promising small and medium enterprises to strengthen their leadership skills and build critical business fundamentals and networks. SMEs can look forward to developing their business growth capabilities to take their enterprises to the next level. The programme's objectives are achieved through a unique combination of in-class modules taught by highly experienced industry practitioners, coaching for the Business Growth Plans (BGP) by senior industry leaders, networking and lifelong learning opportunities.

The ELT by SMU Programme is in partnership with Enterprise Singapore and supported by UOB. The programme is jointly brought to you by SMU Academy and UOB-SMU Asian Enterprise Institute.
